How Do I Correct My Selected Quantities? If you have selected the wrong products or quantities as long as you have not submitted the order for processing it is simple to change the quantities before you enter the order. Step 1 if you have not entered your credit card information or selected to use a PO you only have to click on CART at the top of the page. Step 2 change the quantities even to none(0) if you like. Now click your browser's BACK button. Click it again in most systems and a message will normally pop up telling you have to REENTER the process Click Reentry and you will be back at the Order Confirm page. On your Browser tool bar you should see two small green arrows indicating REFERESH. Press this button to refresh this page and the changes you made should appear. How long will it take to get my order?
Many products available online are traditionally 'In-Stock' items, therefore they should ship within one business day and arrive based on your chosen shipping method. Some products however are made to order and you will be advised of the best possible delivery available. Due to the high level of orders product availability is not always immediate either from our warehouse of factory stock. In the event a product is discontinued, become out of stock or is generally unavailable in the time requested we will always advise you and can discuss options at that time.
LEECO INC is not liable for pricing errors. If you place an order for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will cancel your order and credit you for any charges. In the event that we inadvertently ship an order based on a pricing error, we will issue a revised invoice to you for the correct price and contact you to obtain your authorization for the additional charge, or assist you with return.LEECO INC is not responsible for delays outside of our immediate control, including delays related to order processing or unexpected increase in demand. Typically only orders paid for by credit card receive credit approval on the same day the order is placed. Orders delayed due to order processing will default to an estimated ship date 30 days from the date credit is processed or the estimated product delivery availability, whichever is longer, once the order is released. Estimated ship dates are based on currently known extended lead times and may change without notification.
